社群媒體與公共關係
社群媒體的價值在達成訊息的交流與分享,非推銷或廣告,
在社群裡,每個人都是訊息的接收者! 也是傳播者,
雖然彼此陌生,但分享同樣的價值觀,形成分眾,
熱忱、真實、中肯是基本原則。
 
網路上的社群,實際上跟人的群體一樣,會產生集體意識和行為,
而社群互動是有情感的、直接且快速,
在社群裡,一樣有追隨領袖(網紅)的行為,他們能帶動風向創造潮流….,
而這些原本是公共關係最擅長的領域。
 
馬克祖伯對2017哈佛畢業生演講時說:沒有人在一開始就知道怎麼做,想法不會在最初就完全成形,只有你不斷為想法而努力時,它們才會逐漸清晰,你需要做的就只是「開始」。

Social Media and Public Relations
The value of social media is to exchange and share information, and it is neither for selling nor for advertising.
In the world of social communities, every individual is an information receiver and disseminator at the same time.
Although they may not necessarily know each other, they share the same value form a community, and this evolves different segmentations.
Enthusiasm, authenticity, and appropriateness are basic principles.
 
In fact, the communities on internet are the same as the communities in our society, which generate collective consciousness and behavior, and the interactions are emotionally and directly.
In social communities, people also follow internet celebrities who lead the hot topics and set the trends just like the celebrities in the real life.
All these are originally the specialties of public relations.
 
Mark Zuckerberg spoke to the Harvard Class of 2017 for commencement, “no one does when they begin. Ideas don’t come out fully formed. They only become clear as you work on them. You just have to get started.”
